Brand new Virus: Facebook

Do you have a Facebook account? If not, CREATE ONE!!!!!

I am not joking! Facebook is becoming a new lifestyle product that “a must have” for everyone. Despite from its popularity as a social networking forum, there’s other advantages that you can get from facebook:

1. You can still have a long distance communication with your friends from University, high school, junior high school, elementary school or even kindergarten!!!

2. You can do you business on Facebook, such as promotion for goods, services, etc. You can even look for a job on Facebook!!!

3. You can use Facebook as your political campaign!!! Believe me, try to search any political candidates on Facebook!

4. So many interesting games to release your stress

5. You are having difficulty to remember your friends’ bday, don’t worry, Facebook will do the reminder for you every single day!

6. You can decrease your cost of production for invitation cards by e-invitation facebook!

7. Looking for a girlfriend/boyfriend/soulmate or whatever you say that???? Facebook have millions of candidates for you! Yeah, just for you! LOL

8. Are you narcissi? Facebook is the right tools for you!

9. Last but not least, if you are a Kay Poh type of person, believe me, Facebook is your heaven!

There’s maybe some type of people that don’t really like or believe on internet social networking tools like Friendster, Facebook or Linked In. It is true that there’re also a negative effects from facebook despite their powerful networking function, example: facebook can bring back your high school love memory thou you are married now =P. That’s a really big trouble man!

Facebook really have no boundaries. Thou you haven’t met him/her at all, you can easily “Poke”, send message, send virtual flowers, send a hug, etc, etc.

It is good to keep in touch with your old friends, but keep it in line!

Indonesia decides

Indonesia decides!

D-day!

2. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono – Boediono

SBY (DEMOKRAT dan koalisi) dan Boediono (independent) mengajukan pertumbuhan ekonomi minimal 7 persen dan mengurangi angka kemiskinan hingga 10 persen lewat pembangunan pertanian, perdesaan, dan program prorakyat.Selain itu memangkas angka pengangguran sampai 6 persen melalui penciptaan lapangan kerja dan peningkatan modal usaha

Tehijau’s comment:

Tehijau’s comment:
Program nya cukup mirip dengan No.1 dan No.2 yaitu ekonomi kerakyatan.

So, Ayo ramai2 datang ke TPS masing2 buat nyoblos/nyontreng!!!!

WILL

How important is a WILL?

Recent case of the late Michael Jackson about his Will encourage me to raise up this matter. For some of us, it doesn’t really matter to make a Will or not based on assumption that “Hey!!! I’m still young anyway!!!”. This kind of perception, miss-interpretation and lack of self-responsibility will cause (not you) your family in trouble.

I just had WILL Writing workshop a few weeks ago. Thanks to my company that gave a chance to know how important a WILL is.

What will happen if we die without a will? Based on Singapore law, your assets will be distributed in accordance with the Intestate Succession Act (Chapter 146).

It takes months to process a Will. Can you imagine how long will it take if WITHOUT a will???

Some of complicated cases did occur during the distribution of the Will. Not to mention, so many conflicts between family just because HERITAGE.
You should consider reviewing your Will in the following situations:

1. When you get married
2. When you get divorced
3. When you dispose of assets that are set out in the Will or gain new assets
4. When a beneficiary dies
5. When you decide to change the beneficiaries
6. When you wish to replace the executor(s), trustee(s) or guardian(s); and
7. When you subsequently have more children or grandchildren.

So, consider to have your own will. Life is fragile (thanks Lele for the quote). You won’t know what will happen in the future.

RIP - MJ

There's a place in your heart
And I know that it is love
And this place could be much Brighter than tomorrow.
And if you really try
You'll find there's no need to cry
In this place you'll feel
There's no hurt or sorrow.
There are ways to get there
If you care enough for the living
Make a little space, make a better place

Heal the world
Make it a better place
For you and for me and the entire human race
There are people dying
If you care enough for the living
Make a better place for You and for me

Rest in Peace MJ

This is the prove of my stupidity

God,

What a week!
I had this company party on Thursday, and the theme of the party was BLACK TIE. Ok, I look fabulous that night, not to mention. I did the make up by myself, and just a simple hair do.

Ok, I only got 3 glasses of Wine and 1 glass of Vodka, that won't make worse. Cos I used to drink a lot. But, that night I had a bad headache after the party. So I went home QUITE EARLY (12.30am) --> HEY! All my colleagues went home around 2-3 am!!! :P

ok, the stupidity began here. I went home, changed my clothes and ready to go for bath. I though of cleaning my make up first before went for a bath. So I took the pink bottle that I thought was a make up cleanser. Da da da da da da,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

The next 2 days after the party

I want to clean my nails with nail polisher, then I realized! THE "THING" THAT I USED TO CLEAN MY MAKEUP WAS A NAIL POLISHER, NOT A MAKE UP REMOVAL

OMG

=.=!

Back from my Dream Land

Yeah,

Welcome back to Kiasu Land! Where else I could feel a week like just a blink of eye? OMG, what a hectic week after the great break. Oh, I wanna go back to Bali so badly =(

Well, here come the weekend!

I watched Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy at Esplanade on Friday. It's a bit different from what I expected. Almost half of the audience are teenager. They are too noisy. They clapped their hands for each of the song played by the orchestra (totally different from my experience from SSO Concert last time, with most of the audience are music literate). Nevertheless, it's quite entertaining. It is unique, differ from any other usual concert/orchestra. They showed a slide from the Final Fantasy movie or the Games that connected to the music. Amazing! Even for me that totally illitarate for Final Fantasy could feel the eaze. The conducter, Arnie Roth, is a brilliat man. He tried to be interactive with the audience so nicely. And the best part is, Nobue Uematsu - san, the composer of the all Final Fantasy songs! He is fantastic! He even joined the choir to sing one of the song (with a lot of funny face and body expressions). It was so entertaining!

Another lovely evening was today, finnaly I got the MOST WANTED Convocation gift (yeah I know it's way too late, yeah a year postpone, Haha).
Thank you so much!!!! Love it so much =)

Movie Surprise

I booked a ticket for GV MOVIE CLUB BLOCKBUSTER SUPER SURPRISE 3 weeks ago. The offer was exclusively for GV Movie club members only. The movie was a "surprise". And, strictly no handphones or cameras.

The ticket cost me 10 bucks although it's not weekend! (it's on wednesday, 29 April)

Surprisingly, the movie tickets almost sold out by the time I booked it!!! What an interesting marketing stuff huh????

First of all, YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT MOVIE THAT YOU ARE GOING TO WATCH
second, E-X-P-E-N-S-I-V-E
third, it's on WEDNESDAY, NOT WEEKENDS MOVIE
forth, SECURITY CHECK BEFORE THE MOVIE STARTED, NO HANDPHONES AND CAMERAS (btw, yes, they did it, we need to hostage our beloved handphones before entering the movie hall =.=!!!! )

and yet, people still go for it! NOT ONLY THAT, they even booked the tickets 2-4 weeks in advance!!!!

Conclusion:

first, SINGAPOREAN LOVE SURPRISE =)
second, NO MATTER WHAT THE MOVIE, THEY JUST LOVE SURPRISE =)
Third, THE MORE STRICT YOU MADE THE RULE, THE MORE THEY LIKE IT

=.=!!!!

what an interesting marketing knowledge

Btw, the movie that I watched is STAR TREK!!!!! Not bad, the movie is coming soon on 7 May, and I watched it 1 week in advanced!!!!!
More than that, they also gave us souvenir. A STAR TREK PIN!!!! *grin*
